What is the difference between Hypnosis and meditation?

Meditation is a conscious awareness of your consciousness, on the other side, hypnosis is the unconscious phenomenon that can only be accessed when the person allows it. So, meditation is a stillness state of mind whereas hypnosis is a very active state of mind that allows the person to travel through time and space. Meditation can reach a theta state of mind whereas hypnosis can go as deep as the delta state of mind, which is the deepest brain frequency possible. Meditation can be guided or independent. Hypnosis has to be guided because you do not want the conscious mind to guide your unconscious mind. Now, self-hypnosis is guided hypnosis because the person has to listen to hypnosis audio to achieve such a state of mind.

If a person is excited to be a thought leader in their industry, maybe they are a doctor or a lawyer who has a successful practice, but now they want the next level of success in their careers. Perhaps, they want more business, write a book being on a talk show, or whatever they want. And if that person is very self-conscious, they want all these things, but they can’t get themselves up there to speak, and when they did, they were uncomfortable, that person because of hypnosis becomes able to be on the stage and really be comfortable and happy. A lot of people are not aware that hypnotherapy can change things like that. Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool to build more confidence increase self-esteem and most importantly enhance the awareness of self-worth. Because when a person realizes their self-worth their abilities to succeed is doubled, or even quadrupled.
